The Swedish-Argentine Tango Association in Stockholm has the pleasure to organize an
It will take place in Stockholm between december 28th and december 30th.
Maximun number of couples i 20.
Early bird 200 kr or 20 euros per couple (before december 1st)
Early bird 2 250 kr or 25 euros before december 15th
Jury
The competition will be developed in at the most three (3) stages:
a) Qualifying round: all couples registered will participate. They will dance twice on different days. b) Semifinal: couples who have been selected in the qualifying round and the winners of various contests endorsed by the Championship will participate. c) Final: couples selected in the Semifinal will participate.
The couples will compete in group performances, dancing three (3) songs, recorded or live, selected by the Management.
The Management will be entitled to eliminate from the contest those participants that: (a) do not comply with the rules; (b) incur in any moral offense or improper act that tarnishes the image of the Championship or causes displeasure of the public. In order to guarantee equal opportunities for all competitors, the affiliated competition will not have to plan classes, seminars or workshops given by any member of the jury until the competition is finished.
The first prize in each category will be in charge of the Svensk-Argentinska Tangoföreningen. It will consist in a workshop with Sebastian Arce and Mariana Montes in Tango Frostbite in Helsinki, feb 23-26. In addition to the prize the winners get a gift voucher valid for Silja Line.
The couples in second and third positions will be awarded with gift vouchers valid in well known Stockholm shop and special mentions. All contestants will receive certificates of participation.
The entry and subsequent registration of each couple implies the knowledge and acceptance of these rules by the participants.
Kostnad: 175 kr per person.
Max antal deltagare: 20 par.
